PLATINUM BOOT CAMP MEMBERSHIP

This program was created for the women who are loyal Michigan Adventure Boot Camp participants or who want to become one.  In fact, 82% of our Adventure Boot Campers become repeat campers.  These are the women who want to enjoy living in a fit, lean, healthy and strong body year round. The Platinum Boot Camp Transformation Membership is for ladies who want the best of the best and want to live longer stronger more energetic years looking and feeling fantastic and are also savvy shoppers who know a fantastic deal when they see it.

The 2013  Michigan Platinum Membership includes the following:

• 1 Year of Fun and Challenging Boot Camp workouts (Equivalent to 10-11 camps)
• 1 Free Pass  to the Grocery Shopping Tour
• A cool Boot Camp t-Shirt 
• A special Adventure Boot Camp Hoodie
• Unlimited Fitness Assessments
• Unlimited Nutrition Seminars
• Unlimited Friend Guest Passes (one visit per friend)
• Weekly food log analysis
• Weekday empowering e-mails
• Automatic Registration Each Camp (no need to complete the form again)
• Commerative Photo and Dog Tags at the end of camp

PROGRAM DETAILS

• The Platinum Boot Camp Transformation Membership discount cannot be applied to previous camps attended
• Camper must pay for the membership for the year in full. Contact David for payment instructions.
• There are only 11 Michigan Adventure Boot Camp Platinum Memberships available on a first come, first served basis.
• No additional discounts, promotions or concessions will be offered or combined with the Michigan Adventure Boot Camp Platinum Membership
• Due to the special discount of the Michigan Adventure Boot Camp Platinum Membership, sessions cannot be carried over between camps. For example, if a camper misses 3 sessions in boot camp #6, she cannot accumulate and “make up” sessions in a future camp.
• If for serious medical reasons the camper is unable to continue, the membership can be put on hold and remaining camps can be made up at a later date when the camper is able to participate. No refunds are given.
• Early cancellation fees are imposed for the monthly Auto Payment Platinum program which is a minimum 12 month contract. If the Camper cancels within 6 months 199.00 will automatically be charged - no exceptions. If the Camper cancels after 6 months a 99.00 fee will be applied.
• The Platinum Membership is for the Novi, Macomb, Birmingham, Clarkston, and Royal Oak locations only at 5:30-6:30am only. Times and locations are not transferrable.
• Due to the special discount given with the paid in full platinum membership there are no refunds provided.
• Platinum memberships cannot be put on hold or frozen unless a serious medical reason occurs. This excludes: minor injuiries, strains, sprains, schedule changes, living conditions, coach changes and vacations.
• We do not guarantee employment of any of our coaches and coaches may be replaced at any given time with another qualified coach.

**By signing up for our exclusive Platinum Membership, members fully understand and agree to the terms of this contract.

PAYMENT OPTION 1   (SAVE between 40-50%)  Payment must be Paid in Full Only. We may allow you to make 2 easy payments 30 days apart.

• 5 days a week for a year - 1495.00 when paid in full      
• 3 days a week for a year -1295.00 when paid in full       
  
   

PAYMENT OPTION 2  (SAVE OVER 40%) MONTHLY AUTO-PAYMENT
Minimum committment of 12 Consecutive months. Agreement continues to run after the year is completed unless cancelled.   

• UNLIMITED DAYS ONLY $165/month
  Payments come out automatically the same day each month. 

Note: Payments that stop or discontinue before the agreement ends will be sent to Collections.
