Erica developed her passion for fitness at a young age.  Her father was a body builder and introduced Erica to a healthy life style through out high school.  Erica continued her fitness journey in college and received a degree in physical education, health, recreation, and a minor in psychology.  During college Erica battled a weight gain of 30 lbs and vowed to help women be healthy and fit.  She has worked for Michigans Adventure Bootcamp for over 5 years and enjoys every second of it.  Erica enjoys working out, riding horses, watching scary movies and hanging out with her main man Jax. (her french bulldog)

Lindsey has always lead a very active lifestyle. It began at a young age where she found a love for sports. Basketball, softball, pom squad/dance team are what she particapted in all the way up to the varsity level. She also played lacrosse in college. It was during the sport activities that she started to dive in the world of fitness. Some of her hobbies are weight lifting, zumba, and cooking healthy "tasty" meals. She has been a nutrition consultant for five years. Lindsey's true passion is to help others get the results of what they are looking for, and to help people live healthier lifestyles. She believes if you seize it you will surpass your own expectations. Which is why "it's you verse you" is her favorite motto.

Rose was active growing up, but it wasn't until she became involved in martial arts that she became interested in fitness. When she began to teach martial arts, she quickly found that she enjoyed helping people develop their self confidence and improve their physical fitness and flexibility. With this in mind, Rose pursued a personal training certification, to better help people attain their fitness goals and lead happier and healthier lives.

Cassie has been always led an active lifestyle. She took dance lessons since age 3, and she ran varsity cross country in high school. In college, she started taking classes for math education, but soon realized her true passion was in health and fitness. She wanted to help others by teaching them how the body works and how to slow the aging process by eating and exercising appropriately, specifically per individual.  She began choreographing hip-hop routines for GVSU’s Dance Troupe and signed up for extra-curricular activities such as rock climbing, aerobics, strength training, racquetball, and modern dance.  She completed her internship in Cardiac Rehab and Stress Testing and soon began her career as a rehab trainer where she has been for the past 3 years.  She loves tailoring workouts for individual training and group training because they are completely different and keeps her on her toes and continuing to come up with new and exciting exercise routines.  She loves teaching Zumba ® Fitness classes and has ran many 5ks, 10k, and the Detroit Half Marathon twice. She teaches six classes a week in addition to MIABC, runs, bikes, plays softball, and choreographs/dances for a professional dance company.  She believes eating small nutritious meals, working out at least an hour a day, and engaging in daily, fun, dynamic activities is the key to improving quality of life and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

He is currently completing a second doctorate in naturopathy. He has fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics, self-defense, fitness kick boxing, fitness boxing, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon, and finished 5th at the U.S. National Biathlon Championships. His medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation. John was nominated for the California Community College Distinguished Alumni Award.
